The Etap 38i is a 37.96ft masthead sloop designed by Mortain & Mavrikios and built in fiberglass by Etap Yachting between 1989 and 1997.

The Etap 38i is a light sailboat which is a reasonably good performer. It is reasonably stable / stiff and has a low righting capability if capsized. It is best suited as a coastal cruiser. The fuel capacity is originally small. There is a short water supply range.
