The Tasar is a 14.83ft frac. sloop (rotating spar) designed by Frank Bethwaite/Ian Bruce and built in fiberglass by Xtreme Sailing Products since 1974.

2000 units have been built.

The Tasar is an ultralight sailboat which is a very high performer. It is stable / stiff and has a low righting capability if capsized. It is best suited as a racing boat.
