Polaris drabant

The Polaris drabant is a 25.59ft fractional sloop designed by Gert Gerlach and built in fiberglass between 1970 and 1988.

320 units have been built.

The Polaris drabant is a moderate weight sailboat which is under powered. It is very stable / stiff and has an excellent righting capability if capsized. It is best suited as a coastal cruiser. The fuel capacity is originally very small. There is a very short water supply range.
