The Gulfstar 43 is a 43.33ft masthead sloop designed by Vince Lazarra and built in fiberglass by Gulfstar Yachts between 1976 and 1978.

The Gulfstar 43 is a light sailboat which is slightly under powered. It is not stiff and has an excellent righting capability if capsized. It is best suited as a coastal cruiser. The fuel capacity is average. There is a good water supply range.
