The Amel 55 is a 56.76ft staysail ketch designed by Amel / Berret Racoupeau Yacht Design and built in fiberglass by Amel between 2010 and 2018.

The Amel 55 is a light sailboat which is a reasonably good performer. It is not stiff and has a good righting capability if capsized. It is best suited as a bluewater cruising boat. The fuel capacity is excellent. There is an excellent water supply range.
