The Diamond 27 is a 27.0ft masthead sloop designed by Alan Buchanan and built in fiberglass by Thames Marine (UK) between 1963 and 1966.

12 units have been built.

The Diamond 27 is a heavy sailboat which is slightly under powered. It is very stable / stiff and has an excellent righting capability if capsized. It is best suited as a coastal cruiser. There is a very short water supply range.
