Contest 41

The Contest 41 is a 41.01ft masthead sloop designed by Dick Zaal and built in fiberglass by Contest Yachts - Conyplex between 1985 and 1991.

6 units have been built.
It accomodates 7 people in 2 cabins plus salon.

The Contest 41 is a heavy sailboat which is slightly under powered. It is reasonably stable / stiff and has an excellent righting capability if capsized. It is best suited as a heavy bluewater cruising boat. The fuel capacity is average. There is a good water supply range.
